Name: Venus
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Mutation: She can shape into any form if there is water available, and she can breathe underwater
Alignment: Fairly good
Personality: She is generally good natured, but very immature. Venus cares deeply for her friends, even if she doesn’t show it much. She goes through mood swings frequently in which she can get to the point of violence. When she goes through one of her “swings” she disappears, sometimes for days at a time.
Looks: She has tan skin and pale sea green eyes. Her wavy hair is a deep silky blue. She almost never wears makeup
History: Born shortly after the war, her mutated parents were awed at the full head of luxurious brown hair and stunning gold eyes she was born with. She had no signs of mutation, thankfully. They named her Venus, after the Roman goddess of love. Grateful of their only child, her parents tried their best to hide all evidence of the devastating war; her mom hiding her deer leg, and her dad trying his best to keep his outbursts under control. Her family moved to a remote city near the sea, where no one could hurt them. An oblivious young Venus lived five danger-free years playing by the sea shore and became quite an excellent swimmer, but of course her parents could not keep their secret forever. She found out about the war when she decided to explore the neighboring villages, something her parents forbade her to do. The shocked child ran away from home, to the only place she felt truly herself: the sea. However, the max exposure to the radioactive sea caused her to mutate. She was not aware of the mutation until she landed, ten years later, in New York.
Other: She’s very clumsy anywhere besides water.
Relationships: She’s a loner :c
Roleplay: Venus felt the heat first. Her cheek was against sand, waves lapping at her legs like a dog’s tongue. She lifted her face off the sand wearily and sat up. Scanning the land around her, she saw several worn, tall buildings in the distance, and a few scattered plants. Venus squeezed her tan arm nervously. Where was she? Suddenly, there was a rustling in the bushes about twenty feet away. She tensed, grabbing a seashell near her, as if that would do anything. The rustling increased, and out sprang… a puppy dog? A dachshund emerged from the greens and waddled towards her. It licked her soft cheek, and Venus giggled. She stroked the dog’s brown coat, and the dachshund pranced away, wanting her to follow. She tried to stand up, but fell. Looking at her legs, she sighed. “Well, first things first,” She said, smiling at the dog. “Let’s learn how to walk.”
