PERSONALITY: The Shadow is a very nice and caring young man. He will help anyone, even if it is his enemy. He is not afraid to fight, if needed. He can be very stern sometimes, and when he gets mad, stay away. He can sometimes also be like he is not with the world, as in another dimension. He is not.
LOOKS: Appearance now, young man. could change in a regeneration. He wears cricket whites, has blonde hair. Carries celery to keep him calm and to tell him is there are dangerous gasses nearby. He will wear a hat at times, and wears a coat.
HISTORY: Born just after. He has learned how to regenerate, and it is quite unpredictable. He was born in New York. He has had 4 regenerations already. He does not care much of danger, being able to regenerate. And now he is... Doing something?
