I walked through the city with Angelica trailing behind me. She seemed to be doing better now that we were away from the prison. I shielded my face with my hand to keep myself slightly inconspicuous. It was getting kind of old, however. I was tired of hiding, and I wanted overlarge sunglasses on my face and a venti mocha in my hand. "Come on, let's do something," I told Angelica, swiveling to face her. I pulled out the leather wallet that I had snagged from one of the disabled guards. We needed to make ourselves unrecognizable, because people were going to be looking for us. I pulled out a platinum card and flashed it in her face. We could get disguises and coffee. Perfect. (sorryyyyyyyyy really awkward but I couldn't think of anything else to write. I promise we'll spend like two posts shopping at the most and then like sit down and get to know each other.)

I'm out of breath and she wants to go shopping? "I don't really know how that walking into stores as a wanted person is "safe"." It was true that I was wanted, but I also wanted rest, maybe rest somewhere. Somewhere better then those cold prison beds. I sigh "maybe if I'm feeling up to it I could possess someone and walk into the store with you." That could work, I've done it before. But the decision is up to Kimber.

"Okay, I've got a plan." I said. "Just follow me." I looked at a girl, about my age out of the corner of my eye, and said, "Her." I hoped Angelica would catch my drift. "Sunglasses, makeup, and hair dye. That'll make us look different. Probably some clothes. And Starbucks. I seriously need some caffeine." I looked towards her expectantly, waiting for her to get the supplies we need. I pulled the platinum card back out of the wallet, ready to give it to the possessed girl. After I had what I wanted, we could check into a room at a fancy hotel and relax.

¨So...¨ I started, talking through my host. ¨What are we gonna do in the big city? I mean we can run... or we can stick around for a bit¨ I wanted to run to be safe. But I don't want to get on Kimbers bad side. ¨It's your call, I'm down for anything¨ I smile through my host, I feel ready for anything.

"Let's check into a big fancy hotel and stay a while as we change our look. It'll be fun." I said, handing her the sparkly card. I sat on the park bench, continuing to shield my face and protect my identity.

"OK..." I stroll into the shiny hotel and pay for a room, waiting for the key. I guess this is how it'll work out... just me and her in the hotel. I run out of the hotel, thanking the hotel clerk, I run out and inform Kimber we are in room 404. "So we got a room, any idea how your gonna change look? I mean you can't just go out and start shopping, if you need any help, just ask." This is gonna be so fun I thought as soon as the last word escapes my host mouth.

"Well, if you could take your host and pick up some hair dye, makeup, and new clothes, that would be great." I bounced onto the bed covered in fresh white linens and let out a small sigh of contentment. It felt good to be out of prison, regardless of the fact I had only been there for one day. Angelica must have been feeling the same way she did. "We'll need to come up with aliases, too, once we're disguised."[by the way, an alias is a fake name just in case you didn't know. You can change as much or as little as you want about angelica; she can just wear a large pair of sunglasses and a hoodie to keep her from being recognized ]

"Ok..." I lead my host outside to go pickup the supplies. I eventually return, coming up with an alias in the little shopping spree I did. "I'm backkkkk" I yell at Kimber, "I made an alias, my name is now Lindsey, have you thought of one yet?". As I hand her the supplies I got for her.

Lindsay, huh?" I had been thinking while she was gone, and was still thinking. I shuffled through the last few names I had floating around my head. "I'm... Nova." I had liked that name since I was young, and it had been the name I had given my imaginary friend during the time my parents had imprisoned me in my room. But there was no use dwelling in the past, it was long gone. I took a box of hair dye and one of the bags full of makeup, retreating to the bathroom. I opened the little dye carton, stopping to look at the color. Pink. I smiled. Pink hair had always been a dream of mine as well, but before now it would have drawn attention to me. Now it would keep me from being recognized. I rubbed it through my hair, waiting for the colors to seep in. After waiting, I washed it out of my hair and dried it, looking in the mirrow. It was different, but still looked like me. I changed into the new clothes and applied pink lip gloss, with a shimmer eyeshadow. Still me. I looked through the drawers below the sink, and found a pair of scissors. A small smile made its way onto my face. Here goes nothing. I began to snip the scissors through my hot pink hair, letting it fall over the trash can. My head felt lighter without the weight of so much hair, and I looked at my new choppy pixie cut in the mirror. I looked really different now. I would be nearly unrecognizable. I walked out of the bathroom with a flowy black shirt, space-patterned leggings, and combat boots. "what do you think?" I said, looking at Angelica with a smile on my face.

I was astounded at her look, she looked nothing like the Kimber I just met hours ago. "Looks good, even I can barely recognize from before. So what would you like to do now? Now that nobody can tell who we really are?" I still stood in awe, she really did go overboard with this. I was the first one to see it. "Or do you need some rest, I'm kinda tired, but I'm up for anything." As I sit down in a chair, waiting for her response.

A look of shock crossed Angelica's face. I smiled, knowing that it meant I was unrecognizable. I sat down in the armchair parallel to the small television. Very little technology that existed before doomsday still worked, so it was probably just for decor. "So what would you like to do now? Now that nobody can tell who we really are? Or do you need some rest, I'm kinda tired, but I'm up for anything." Angelica's comment made me realize how exhausted I was. "Ah.. we can do what you want. I'm pretty tired, too." I pulled myself up and began making a cup of hot chocolate in the coffee machine. When it was done, I sat back down on the chair and looked at Angelica. Taking a sip, I said, "so what do you want to do?"

(Well then. Angelica has deleted the account so I am just going to kill her because A gave me permission and Loki I am sorry for the double post.) Looking back over at Angelica as I finished the hot chocolate, I realized she had fallen asleep on the bed. I smiled, barely believing my luck. I had told her about my power, and yet she still thought it safe to completely lower her guard in my presence. I tossed the cup silently into the garbage, and leaned over her relaxed, slight frame. I touched my lips to hers, and almost instantly, she went completely limp. I covered her still body with a sheet and put a large pair of sunglasses on my face. Taking the wallet with the guard's money and cards, I exited the room in the darkness, and smirked as I bought a ticket for the subways. I wanted to stay in the city, but wanted to get far away from the murder site. I looked out at the window into the darkness of the night, confident that no-one would be able to tell who I am.
