PERSONALITY: Tegan is quite silent and solemn for a six year old, almost never speaking. She spends most of her time reading or playing with dolls, shying away from human contact. She prefers to listen, something that she is very good at.
LOOKS: Tegan is a slight figure, short even for her age and skinny. She has long blonde, slightly curly hair, and blue eyes. She wears sweaters or blazers and skirts with knee-high socks most of the time.
HISTORY: Tegan is the daughter of the leader of Moscow, and has led a moderately shielded life from the violence in the city. However, it could not be hidden from her forever and  she continues to be exposed to more violence and bloodshed, and has become selectively mute because of this. She has heard the conversations of her parents and her father's employees about what is going on in the city, as well as his refusal to do anything. She was able to put two and two together and figure out that her father was taking bribes, even at such a young age.
