Some general guidelines of the leader spots:
-The leaders in London are EQUAL. They share power and are generally neutral.
-The leader in Beijing is a DICTATOR. He/she must be EVIL, and has a team of police to keep the population in order(signups below).
-The leaders in New York do not share the power equally, they work like the modern day government in the United States except way scaled down. They must be good or neutral, and if the president dies, the VP takes over.
-The leader of Moscow can be any alignment but they must be distant and not concerned with anything but their own financial/physical/emotional well-being, and that of their family.
-Leaders get 5 stars(color depends on city), and a 10 post boost.

General guidelines for the police:
-The London police are there to enforce the harsh rules. They should be of neutral alignment, although they can lean good or evil as long as they get the job done.
-The Beijing police are there to keep the dictator in power... removing naysayers, keeping rebels under control, etc. They must be evil.
-The New York police try to keep the evil out. They patrol the borders and arrest suspected "terrorists." They can be good or neutral, or a very well-disguised evil character.
-There is a reason there are not police in Moscow, I'm not just a crazy person.
-Police get 4 stars(color depends on city), and a 10 post boost.

RP sample: Cinder pushed her aviator sunglasses up the bridge of her nose and watched the small flame of the lit piece of newspaper. She saw a shadow flash by out of the corner of her eye. A smirk making its way onto her face, she dropped the newspaper and stamped out the flame with her shiny black boot. This was the moment she had been waiting for. She ran in the direction the shadow had traveled as fast as her legs would carry her. It didn't take her long to catch up. She found herself face to face with a teenage girl, not much younger than Cinder herself. "Well, you've been a bad girl, haven't you?" Cinder stick out her lip and made a pouty face at the girl. Her name was Ella Neill, and she had been running a website running propaganda against the dictator. Needless to say, the site had been destroyed, and now it was the girl's turn. Cinder pulled off her gloves, watching as the girl sank down, paralyzed in fear. Cinder felt as her metal hand became warm to the touch, until finally it was white hot. Just as Ella returned to her senses and tried to bolt, Cinder grabbed her exposed arm with the white hot metal. Ella screamed in pain, and Cinder, satisfied, let go. "I trust that you will not go back to writing anytime soon," she said, as she handcuffed Ella. A job well done.

RP sample:The dictator wanted me to take out a commander of an uprising in Tanghekou, Beijing(The northern part of Beijing.). The dictator gave me a full description and where he was last seen. He rebel's name was Gan-chu, he had black hair, darker skin and wasn't afraid to kill any of us. I had looked where he was last recorded seen for quite awhile, I had finally found him. He was exactly as I was told about him. I unsheathed my katanas and started to run toward him, thought he quickly turned around and noticed me. He pulled out a black pistol. Though I am not very knowledgeable about guns but they seem to do alot of damage to a human. I start to doge left and right the shots as I run to him, I need to get in close. He curses aloud, while he is reloading. As soon as I get in close for the kill he jumps back swings a knife toward me. We clash his knife and my katana as I use the other to strike a fatal blow to his chest. He shouts:"I can't die, I have a country I need to save!" He coughs as he reaches for breath. I sheath my Katanas. "I'm afraid I can't let that happen. Humans are too arrogant." Gan-chu looks up at me with his dying breath. "Who are you to say that?" I smirk. "I am nothing like you humans, if that's what you're wondering."I turn and leave.

Why do you want this position?: Well, seeing this site is new, (it has 17 members, and it was made in late july) MANY things may go wrong. And that's where I come in. I tend to be friendly, but if I have to, I can be firm with those troublemakers.
